Check-in is normally available from 15:00 and check-out before 11:00. Exceptions are sometimes possible on request, so please let us know.

How secluded is Bråss?

Bråss is peacefully located in the forest. There are two other holiday homes nearby which are private residences and not rented out. One is set further away; the other is closer and is home to our friendly, quiet neighbour who has no pets.

How is the house heated?

Every room has an electric heater controlled by a central thermostat. The house also has an efficient wood-burning stove, which we highly recommend—it heats faster, more economically and more cosily than the electric heaters.

Yes, we make sure there is plenty of firewood available for the stove.

Use of the sauna is included in the price. The electric sauna needs just half an hour to heat up and fits 2-3 people at a time.

The house is equipped with several safety features, including a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and first aid kit.

Is the water drinkable?

The water comes from a natural spring on the property and is professionally tested regularly. In the kitchen it is also filtered, so it is safe and good to drink. During dry periods we ask you to use water sparingly so the spring doesn't run dry.
